Privacy Policy

Injury Law Advisor operates injurylawadvisor.us. Contact us at support@injurylawadvisor.us about this policy or your privacy choices.
Information we handle
Our website provides information and links to an independent case-review provider. We do not ask you to submit accident details, medical records, a phone number, or a case-review form on this website. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include. Please do not email sensitive case information.
Our hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement,” we use Google Ads and RedTrack to measure ad visits, case-review button clicks, and the progress of referred inquiries. Measurement can use cookies and similar identifiers, ad click IDs, campaign information, device and browser information, IP address, and timestamps.
The independent provider uses Everflow to report review milestones to RedTrack. These can include progression through questions, insurance status, reported injury, whether an attorney is already retained, fault, accident recency, form completion, and the provider’s outcome. Where the provider’s notice and permissions allow it, non-disqualification milestones and ad click IDs may be shared with Google for campaign measurement. Disqualification events are not sent to Google. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, medical records, or answers written in a form through our Google tag. We do not use enhanced conversions, remarketing lists, or personalized audiences on this site.
Your choices
Optional measurement is off until you allow it. Choosing “Essential only” does not prevent you from requesting a review. Use at any time to change your preference. We remember this choice in your browser for up to 180 days. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional measurement off. Your browser may also let you block or delete cookies.
Changing your choice stops future optional measurement on this website; it does not undo information already sent or change your choices on another website. Case-review provider websites have separate notices and consent controls. Read those before submitting personal information.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate and secure the website, answer requests, attribute referrals, measure advertising performance, and comply with law. It may be processed by our hosting, security, advertising-measurement, and referral service providers. We may receive compensation for referred inquiries. Advertising-related disclosures of identifiers can be considered a sale or sharing under some state privacy laws; you may opt out through Privacy choices. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

Retention and security
Information is kept as needed for the purposes described above, applicable service-provider retention settings, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Withdrawal of consent does not automatically delete historical measurement records.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on your state and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. Email support@injurylawadvisor.us with your request. We may need information to verify it and will explain any applicable exception. If a request is denied, you may ask us to review the decision by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. Requests about information submitted directly to a provider should also be sent to that provider.
Children and updates
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as our practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
